I put down 2800sft of this flooring in my home. After less than 2 years it needs to be replaced. It is cracking at the edges in most places, and it has scratches all over.
My flooring installer came back to look at it and he said he has never seen that happen before. I got a second opinion from another installer and he said the same thing.
Both of them have said they installed LVP in very old homes with poor sub flooring and have never had the level of cracking I am experiencing.
I own rental properties and use LVP exclusively. I have never seen the flooring be this badly damaged even by tenants that have taken really poor care of the property.
Don't bother claiming the lifetime warranty, they will deny responsibility and blame the installer.

Ordered Bona mop and Bona LVP cleaner refill. It was shipped out via FedEx and arrived damaged to the local fedex hub and returned to you. You shipped another order out and I was just notified this one was damaged, too, and is being sent back to you. Will third shipment be the charm and I will actually receive the mop and cleaner? I wanted to support small business instead of Am@zon, but I’m starting to regret my decision since I still don’t have my original order yet. How DO you pack the items up for shipping or is this a FedEx issue?
