Ordered a sample and it took 2-3 weeks to get to me. Pricing was good but I got reminder emails every few days about making the purchase. I still had no sample at this point. I emailed about my frustration, and the salesperson was understanding but clearly did not know what to do with me or my situation. They were going to check in on the shipment but that never happened.
I did finally get the sample, and I would have not reviewed this, but they are still emailing me asking for it.

These beauties were hand scraped by yours truly, 2" carbide scraper twice plus scraping out mastic from the TnG after running a Mastic swing arm drive over it for a few hours.
Probably saved 5k in labor alone in this stupid floor. I love the results really beautiful...

Extremely disappointed that I had absolutely ZERO contact from the Woodwudy for over a month to find out that my order was suddenly canceled and refunded. I heard nothing but great reviews about this company but now I don’t believe any of it!
not so many retailers supply samples and although slow , its a great service
