I've bought quite a bit of common grade 2 over the years and the stuff I received was not at the same quality that I typically see. Out of a single pallet I would have maybe 10% that I could not use. Typically my problems are with defects on the face of the flooring. Some of the face would have sections on the ends, and the corners that were defaced, it looks like it was close to the bark and it's just something that you wouldn't want to put in the middle of the floor. It would have a huge divot in it. I get it that it's common grade 2 and maybe that's acceptable it's just not what I'm used to it from other suppliers. Seem to be quite a few pieces with the cracks and holes in the boards. Anyway, this is just my honest review like I said, I bought plenty of this flooring from local suppliers. This is my first time from Woody and the quality just wasn't there if I were to buy again, I would have to go up a grade.
We received our flooring products quickly. No issues with packaging. Would use Woodwudy again!
My wife and I loved the 6.5 inch (1/2 inch thickness) pre engineered Hickory hardwood. We are preparing to make an order with Woodwudy soon for the second floor of our house.
