Still have not received my order and have called multiple times. They tell me someone would get back with me, but no one ever does.
I’ve ordered 860 sq ft of hardwood flooring, it’s going on 2 weeks and I received an email that it has shipped but I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order, I have no clue where it is or if it has even shipped at all, very poor communication to their customer! I am very disappointed with the shipping
