Thank you for your purchase at!  Through your purchase you have not only ordered quality flooring, but you have helped our veterans and planted trees as well!  Please see the following guidelines to know what to expect when receiving your order:

Shipping Guidelines and Instructions:

If you are able to have your flooring products shipped to a warehouse location (which has access to a forklift) of your builder, flooring contractor, or installer, you will be able to save additional money on shipping as well.  Please contact us by phone to discuss the DISCOUNTED shipping/freight by utilizing this service.

Many flooring orders will come in pallets weighing more than 100 lbs. for the entire order.  In these instances, a lift-gate, curbside, and residential service through an LTL Carrier may be used.  This type of delivery involves a truck driver delivering the flooring products just inside the driveway at the curb using a lift-gate by which pallets will be lowered to the ground from the back of the delivery truck.  Orders weighing less than 100 lbs. will be delivered through FedEx or UPS and most often will not require a signature for it to be delivered.

Within 2 business days of the product being shipped, Woodwudy Wholesale Flooring will contact you with the name of the freight company and tracking number.  We recommend that you call the carrier directly to set up the delivery appointment so that you can schedule a time for your availability and convenience rather than waiting on the delivery company to assign you a time frame. This will also give your order priority and will let the freight company know that you are actively waiting for your order to arrive. IF you do not contact the freight company first, the freight company themselves will contact you online directly once they receive the product to inform you of an estimated time of arrival.  (This is an estimate, not a guarantee.)  Keep a record of who you speak to at the freight company, so you have it for your files if needed for reference.  We strongly suggest confirming the appointment with the freight company again on the day of delivery to confirm the time frame in which the order will be delivered. 

Woodwudy Wholesale Flooring is not responsible for delayed deliveries.  Unexpected delays may arise from unpredictable weather, carrier schedules, manufacturing problems, supply and demand, unexpected, unavoidable, and/or unforeseeable delays.

Expect additional shipping time for:

-transitional moldings and trims which are custom-made and could be shipped separately

-international deliveries

-if product is back-ordered and still in production

What to expect:

To ensure that you have the optimal experience receiving your shipment we ask that you:

Be prepared to have someone to help you unload it from the truck and move it to your desired location of installation. The truck driver will not leave his truck.  Off-loading is your responsibility.  If you require help unloading your order, please specify this at the time you place the order and for an additional fee, the truck driver will assist you in unloading your merchandise.



Woodwudy Wholesale Flooring will provide our customers with the freight company’s name and tracking information to help our clients coordinate a time frame for delivery with the freight company within 2 business days of the order being shipped.  You must negotiate a time frame with the freight company or your product won’t be delivered. 

Contact 1-877-966-3983 (WOODWUD) if you do not receive an email with tracking information within 72 hours of the shipment date and we will provide that information to you.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, therefore, DO NOT pre-arrange for your flooring to be installed until you have checked the tracking information and verified when it is to be delivered with the freight carrier.

It is necessary to be available in person when your shipment arrives and to have someone assist you in off-loading the merchandise.  The tracking number will allow you to track the location of your delivery so that you can plan to be available at the time of arrival at your location.
