Q. Do you offer free samples to view in my home?

A. Yes! We will ship up to four flooring samples directly to your home FREE of charge. (This offer applies to Mohawk, Shaw, U. S. Floors, and Anderson samples only.) For a free sample of one of these brands, please email us at requesting a free sample, livechat with us, or give us a call! You only have to pay the flat rate shipping of $4.99 ($9.99 if you live in Canada). However, when you place your order, the shipping charge will be credited back to you, making your samples completely free. If you order samples that are in stock, they will ship on the following business day. If you order samples that are not in stock and have to be ordered from the manufacturer, please allow 5-7 business days for most brands. If you desire more than four samples, you will need to place an additional sample order and pay for shipping again. Please be advised that our flooring samples are not the actual size of our flooring product. They are only a cut swatch and not intended to repair existing floors or replace actual flooring.  Please see our Flooring Samples page for more information.


Q. Do you accept telephone orders?

A. Yes, you may call us at 1-877-966-3983 speak to one of our trained flooring specialists who will be happy to assist you in placing your order over the website.


Q. Should I order extra material to allow for damage or breakage?

A. Yes! We always advise our customers to order at least 10% in additional flooring to have an adequate amount of product to allow for damage or breakage and to complete your project.


Q. Can I make any changes after I have submitted my order?

A. If you need to make changes to your order, you must contact us immediately. You may be able to make changes to your order, providing your order has not shipped. However, we do not guarantee the ability to change the order after it is placed. Once your order is processed and payment has been made, we absolutely cannot adjust any prices.


Q. What are acceptable methods of payment at

A. We accept all major credit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments via personal and business checks, money orders, wire transfers, or through PayPal. Please allow 3-7 days for processing when paying by personal or business check before your merchandise will be shipped.


Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

A. is only required to charge sales tax on flooring purchases that are ordered or delivered within the State of Georgia or states in which we have the local warehouse pick-up as an option.  You can view these states at the map link on top of the home page. Therefore, if your billing or shipping address is within the state of Georgia or any state offering local warehouse pick-up as an option, sales tax will be applied to your order. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to pay any appropriate sales tax to the state wherein they reside. Please refer to our Tax Exempt Customers page for more details.   


Q. How long it take for my order to ship and when will it arrive?

A. When you are ordering in-stock flooring, we will process your order and ship it to you within 2 business days. Delivery time is between 5-7 business days within the continental United States. In the event that you choose flooring that is not in stock and has to be ordered from the manufacturer, please allow additional time for processing and shipping. Any orders to be shipped outside of the continental United States will also require additional shipping time. You will be given an estimated delivery date at the time of your purchase. Q. What methods of shipping do you utilize or employ and how are shipping charges calculated?

A. For orders of flooring material that weighs over 100 lbs., we will ship through a well-known and reliable freight carrier. We offer three different carrier services for your delivery which are lift-gate, curbside and residential delivery. Residential means that you will receive an estimated delivery date online, however, the freight company will contact you once they receive the freight to schedule the delivery or you can contact the freight carrier once you receive the tracking information to coordinate a date for your delivery. For shipments weighing less than 100 lbs., the method of delivery is generally through FedEx or UPS and usually does not require a signature for delivery. Shipping charges will be calculated according to weight and shipping location of your order and you will receive our discounted shipping rates. Q. How can I check on the status of my order?

A. You will receive the tracking information by email, including the tracking number and the freight carrier’s contact information, within 2 business days of the product being shipped. Once you receive the tracking information, you can track the location of your order and know the time frame of delivery to make arrangements to be present to receive your shipment. Please contact us at 1-877-966-3983, if you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of your shipping date and we will be happy to provide you with that information. Q. Do I have to be at home to receive my shipment?

A. Please make arrangements to be present at delivery to receive and inspect your order for any damage during shipping. You must be prepared to assist the delivery driver in unloading the flooring materials at curbside. The delivery driver is not permitted to move your order, without prior authorization at an additional cost. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.


Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment or if items are missing?

A. After inspecting your order, if there is any sign of damage or missing items, please make a note of the problem in complete detail on the shipping invoice before returning it to the driver and then accept the shipment. Please do not refuse delivery. Please refer to our Damaged or Missing Items Policy for further details.


Q. Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

A. If you need to return an order, we will accept only unopened, undamaged and unused boxes of flooring within 30 days of delivery. We will accept returns on any entire orders of pallet quantities, not partial orders. Customers will be given credit only toward future purchases at and are limited to one no-cost return per customer. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, which are higher than our discounted shipping rates. All subsequent returned orders will incur a 35% restocking fee, in addition to the shipping charges calculated by the freight carrier at a much higher rate.  Some products may not be returned such as transitions, moldings, cut/altered orders, discontinued products, and/or special orders.  (Special orders may not be labeled as such at the time of purchase.)  Please refer to our Returns and Cancellations Policy and 30-Day Risk Free Guarantee for further details.


Q. Is my credit card and personal information safe and secure on this website? 

A. Yes! All of your personal information is safe and secure at We use a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection to secure transactions and encrypt all credit card and personal information. We do not store your credit card information and all personal information is kept completely confidential. We will never sell or share your personal information with any other companies. Q. Do you install flooring or recommend installers?

A. At Woodwudy Wholesale Flooring, we do not install flooring, nor do we recommend individual installers or installation companies. You may refer to your local directory for installers in your area.
