I understand handling fees. But I feel $100 is a bit much,personally. If the fee went directly to the individual, and if they were stacking each piece individually,I would be all for it.
We ordered flooring from this company and paid a ridiculous amount for shipping, extra to have it delivered to a house. Freight company calls and sets up delivery for Feb 5 and they don't show up! After two more days on the phone, it appears they lost the shipment and instead of going to Utah, it went to Washington. They knew this before setting up the delivery appointment. Shipping company blames the flooring company. I call the flooring company and NEVER get a call back, just an email saying the freight company says the flooring will be there in a few days. I call in again to explain what they are saying but the shipping manager can't be bothered with customers so instead I get another email saying the same thing she already said.
I may get my flooring next week, but no one is sure. For a company that ships flooring daily, I expect more coordination and at the very least, I expect a response and help when someone loses an order.
I relayed that I would expect some sort of refund for the hassle, that was ignored but I suppose there is still hope, assuming the order shows up.
I can't review the flooring since I don't have it, but so far, the process is less than impressive.
First time refinishing a floor. Bona, using the T bar applicator, was easy to use, went on easy and is a superb finish. I would definitely recommend Bona for any beginner.
Scam. Fake $0.99 click bait add
