I ordered wood flooring and it was damaged in shipping. I was told boxes were order to replace the damaged flooring, but no one ever responded to my calls or emails. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. Plan to call the owner next.

Everything I could have asked for I ordered 1000sqft to do 750 and it came out great some waist but worth the money not going to find it any cheaper in the states
They quality of this piece is very good, but not for me. I was hoping to come close to my solid hickory flooring that Somerset discontinued. If you are looking for engineered hardwood flooring this is definitely one too consider.
