Received one box with broken corners. In addition, pieces seemed brittle as if not stored properly.
I would have given 5 stars but it did take 22 days from date of order to date it was delivered to my door. If it showed up surprisingly early I would have given 5 stars. The delivery guy was ,cool. With me pushing, he pulled the pallet of 20 cartons up my driveway to the front porch. The flooring matched what I currently have so I am ecstatic about that. I would order from Woodwudy again despite expensive shipping. And oh yeah, Mauro did a good job of giving me updates on my flooring being received.
I purchased 4” and 5” #2 “country”. The 4” was #2 “common” - much better quality and fewer short lengths.
The 5” was mostly #2 “country” and I purchased what was left in the warehouse ~ 100s/f? The extra 5” was #2 “common”. It had more character and fewer very short lengths. The issue with using 5” #2 country and 5” #2 common, there are slight width variations in the #2 common compared to the #2 country. In some cases as much as 1/8”. I had to be careful planning the layout.
Also, I’m not sure how many s/f was in each bundle. I’m not even halfway done with the floors and it doesn’t look like there will be enough to finish the house. I’ll follow up on that later. I double check my requirements.
The 4" unfinished hickory #2 surpasses our wildest expectations, however, 3 1/4" was not available. We did not find out about the availability until after the original purchase was confirmed.

Bona products are wonderful and this one is up to par! It works great with no streaks. It cleans and leaves our floors looking great. I highly
