Still have not received my order and have called multiple times. They tell me someone would get back with me, but no one ever does.
I’ve ordered 860 sq ft of hardwood flooring, it’s going on 2 weeks and I received an email that it has shipped but I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order, I have no clue where it is or if it has even shipped at all, very poor communication to their customer! I am very disappointed with the shipping

Unfinished Red Oak Select 4" Solid Hardwood Flooring
I purchased this flooring for our cabin with the expectation that there would be several unusable boards/that it would look a little rustic. I will say many boards were damaged in shipping because they ship them without any packaging. Thankfully I had purchased well over the amount of boards I needed (I would say 20% more for my small project since shipping was so expensive and I wanted to be selective with the boards I used) and I was able to complete my project with plenty to spare. The sanded/finished product looks amazing.
