This flooring is a prefinished Engineered Oak hardwood floor that has a microbeveled edge and end treatment which consists of simple care, Dura-Luster Semi-Gloss Aluminum Oxide finish. I received the product in good condition. Dropped off right at my front door. Installed the floors with no issue. Very happy.

Bruce turlington 3/8 engineered oak

The color match was very good for the Bruce turlington Oak Cherry stain 3/8 engineered flooring that I received. I ordered this product to do some repairs on an existing floor on a slab. unfortunately the new product as a different profile on the tongue and groove than the same older product that was installed 9 years ago in the home. I had to cut off the tongues when fitting the new boards to the old boards. Since it was a glued down application this worked out okay except for at the butt ends when the Newports tended to rise up slightly above the old lords and there was no way to keep them locked down with the tongue and groove that would normally be there.
