Hand-scraped floors are currently a hot flooring option with homeowners who are fond of the distressed wood look, mixed with elegant colors, which make appealing and unique look that appears great in any home.  The term Hand-scraped is referencing the surface texture of the wood. The boards are each separately scraped to make a homely and polished texture on the surface. Hand-scraping manifests the one of a kind graining and natural character marks of each type of wood.
