Almost completely satisfied with purchase...

Flooring was in good shape and installed well. I did not see an excessive amount of short pieces. My gripe is that I ordered the flooring with the price listed on the website on a Monday. I was notified later that day that there had been a price change and for whatever reason, it did not change online and the stated price was not honored as it should have been. The woman from Woodwudy who contacted me suggested I could save $150 by picking up the delivery at the FedEx which did not get delivered on the day it said it would be delivered and I had to hire someone to pick it up which ended up costing $200.

Red Oak Flooring

The delivery was quick and the 1600 sq ft looked good on 2 pallets. The website said that each box was 20 sq ft. There were no boxes just bundles 100 of them.
I opened several to see the sq ft in the bundle which was only 15.4. So I paid for 1600 sq ft and only received 1540 sq ft. 60 sq ft short Not good as I need 1600. I am sure they will correct the issue. Jim
