This flooring is fantastic. Beautiful color and character. Exactly what we wanted. I wish we had gone here to begin with. It will need to be sanded to bring out the real wow so after its finished I will try to post a picture.
product was delivered timely just no ability to check a tracking number even though was told when calling to follow up I would. Only learned the product was going to be delivered on the morning of delivery. Fortunately, staff was on site to receive but otherwise would have been a challenge. Haven't installed yet and saw some visible damage and some variations in thickness on a few of the bundles at first blush but overall good.
We've been battling this company for 6 months to get refunded any money on their defective product. This has cost us thousands on labor to attempt to install, then have to remove and repurchase flooring because their flooring was so poor. Please save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere!
