I received the wrong product. Similar to the other reviews, the product I reviewed in nothing like the one pictured. I tried to speak to someone sals associate and there has been no reply.

Wrong item sent

I ordered this mop and from the name and the picture was expecting a version that is on the picture. I received a new version, and seller denied to fully refund and cover the costs of return stating that the code of the item is from the new generation mop and I should of known better. Very unprofessional, counting the fact that the owner emailed me previously and promised to help with any issues. They absolutely deny the fact that the item sent was wrong.
