Victor helped us with this order. We needed something pretty quick so that our home addition project wasn't delayed and he came through. It shipped to us very fast and Victor helped with great instructions on picking it up. Oh, and the shipping company he used were also super nice when we picked up, so they know how to take care of the customer! Will be using again soon.
Half order has not been received. Item received has several broken tiles.
The "gallon" sized Bona HD jugs did not in fact contain a full gallon of material. the jugs were deficient by about 12-16 ozs. of the product. That volume deficiency could present a problem in having sufficient varnish for a project.
