Works well

I used this on my knotty alder cabinets. It took out the red undertone with two coats. Very pleased

Really works

We are using this for our new red oak stair railings and newel posts. We tried just putting clear stain on them, but it had a pinkish hue that we didn't want. We bought this 2-step product and wow, what a difference! I ended up doing the 2-step process 3 times, and it looks like white oak now. So happy with the results. (the photos show the newel posts with three treatments of Red Out compared to untreated red oak railing)

Outstanding at neutralizing the red in red oak!

I used bona red out and bona Nordic seal for a custom red oak table I built recently. This was my first time using both products. Both products had extremely easily application. I used a foam roller for both bona red out and the bona Nordic seal to apply them. The table top is solid red oak and the base has a red oak veneer. Both products worked beautifully on both solid red oak and veneer.

I used 3 coats of red out and 2 coats of the Nordic seal to achieve this color. I’m posting pics of finished table and the red oak I used right next to the table base and table top so u can see the difference in coloring. I’m absolutely using this on my own home when I refinish my red oak floors. I did put a coat of Osmo extra thin hardwax oil on top for additional protection and it worked beautifully
