Everything I could have asked for I ordered 1000sqft to do 750 and it came out great some waist but worth the money not going to find it any cheaper in the states
They quality of this piece is very good, but not for me. I was hoping to come close to my solid hickory flooring that Somerset discontinued. If you are looking for engineered hardwood flooring this is definitely one too consider.
I bought this product after reading about how good it is. But, although there’s a tip, there are no instructions as to what else is needed. Thanks!

I ordered 2000 sqft of select grade red oak and it was at a better price than local stores even after shipping charges. Quality looks good with minimal damaged pieces and overall uniform look I expected from select grade. I took a star off only because of the FedEx experience. Initial delivery was set as Thursday per tracking information so I hired a crew to help move the 3 pallette worth of hardwood inside. It was a no show that day. I called FedEx and after hopping from automated answering to a human and then another human in freight dept. despite answering automated response for a freight shipment I was told shipment is not in local warehouse and would arrive next day. We then scheduled for a Monday delivery due to weather and I would get a 30min courtesy call prior to delivery. Monday again crew ready to go but tracking says end of the day nothing else. I called around 2:30pm FedEx and again auto to a customer service rep and then to a freight rep, I was told it will be around 3:30pm delivery. At 3:30pm I received a call from the delivery person. Saying he is running late and will be there at 4pm. He finally showed up at 4:25pm. One of the palettes was broken and it took a long time to unload it from the truck and at one point it was about to fall off the lift. One advice: check your tracking from PC vs smartphone. Tracking system mentioned 4pm delivery time on the PC while smart phone link shows a simpler website stating by end of the day. Not sure it always shows 4pm as an end of day delivery or not. Had I known 4pm, I would have scheduled the crew to 4pm and would have paid less money. Even after this painful delivery, I was able to save money and get a good quality product. Will buy again without hesitation.
